Home Gambling Network
Home Gambling Network (HGN) regards itself as
the catalyst behind remote wagering and is committed to promoting
and licensing its method of wagering on a global scale. The company's
objectives include issuing its patent to operators who are properly
licensed in legally recognized jurisdictions and to build awareness
among players about the benefits of wagering with operators unlicensed
by HGN.
HGN was formed on August 2, 1995, for the purpose
of marketing and licensing U.S. Patent 5,800,268, a business method
for wagering on live games and events utilizing electronic financial
transactions. The patent was issued to Melvin Molnick, president
of HGN, in September 1998. Prior to becoming a wholly owned subsidiary
of i2corp in February of 2000 HGN was the force behind the movement
to introduce operators and players alike to the many benefits of
live remote wagering.
i2develop
In early 2000, i2corp formed i2develop as part
of its business plan to become a one stop shop for operators looking
to become involved in live remote wagering. The wholly owned subsidiary
will be used in the future to roll out i2corp's Live Remote Wagering
technologies. The company also owns associated trademarks and intellectual
property to be used with i2develop.
i2consult
i2consult was formed at the same time as i2develop
as another implementation of i2corp's long term business plan. The
company will work in conjunction with i2develop and Home Gambling
Network providing consulting services for licensees and developers.
